"I really wanted this to work for..."
I really wanted this to work for me, but after using it a few times, my hair still felt dry. The smell was fine and shipping went smoothly, but I didn’t notice much of a difference moisture-wise. Kind of felt like my hair just wasn’t getting what it needed, no matter how much I tried with it. Maybe it works better for other hair types, but it didn’t do much for mine...

I requested a refund and it did take a few days longer than I was hoping. That said, they did get back to me, and the money eventually came through. Not a perfect experience, but it was okay in the end

I’ll be honest, I kind of assumed this was just another product hyped up to get people like me to buy it, but it did help. My hair isn’t magically perfect or anything, but it definitely stays calmer and less frizzy during the day. I’m still a little suspicious of the big claims, but for me, it’s been worth using.

I had a feeling this would help with all the product buildup in my hair, and after using it I was like, yep, I was right. My hair definitely felt cleaner and less weighed down. It’s not a miracle fix or anything, but it did enough that I’d keep using it when my hair starts feeling gross

I know some people might make a big deal out of every little mark, but everything inside was completely fine, no leaks, nothing crushed, and all the items arrived in one piece. The outer box did have a tiny dent, but it didn’t affect anything, so I’m not really complaining. There was maybe a bit more plastic wrap than necessary, but overall it felt secure, neat, and well packed.

"I really wanted this to work for..."
I really wanted this to work for me, but applying it was more annoying than I expected. It felt a little messy and didn’t spread through my hair as easily as I hoped, so I ended up using way more product just to get decent coverage. And then suddenly it was like, why is this turning wash day into a whole event? Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it took too much time and just made the process more stressful...

"Decent curl definition , but not wow"
I bought this mostly hoping it would help define my curls a bit more . It did make my hair look less messy and gave the curls some shape , so I was happy with that part .
The hold was just lighter than I expected , and by the next day my hair was getting frizzy again . It is not a bad product , but for the price I was hoping for a little more .

I ordered from As I Am and, to be fair, everything did show up in the end, so that part was totally okay.
The only thing was the delivery took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking barely changed for a few days, which got a bit frustrating.

Nothing arrived damaged and I did get what I paid for, so I can’t really complain too much, but I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in any hurry.
